What does a day with us look like?

Freedom and self expression is encouraged at Oasis of Joy as we believe that there is no joy without autonomy especially in a home. With that in mind, is what a day generally looks like.

Our Routine

Morning

This time is reserved for preparing for the day. Breakfast is served according to the dynamic menu. After eating, the clients activities and entertainment are self paced.

Noon

The afternoon is for any activities that require transportation. Lunch is also served according to that days menu. In between meals, clients receive snacks.

Evening

Medications are administered at this time as well as any other daily health evaluations. Dinner, as with other meals, is served at this time according to the menu. Activities and entertainment at this time may be self paced or in home.

What we provide

Our dedicated team provides a range of services including medical care, personal assistance, companionship, grooming, transportation, and more. We offer specialized support such as blood sugar and blood pressure checks, medication administration, and hospice care. Our focus is on creating a warm and nurturing environment where residents receive individualized attention and support. At Oasis of Joy, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents and their families.

Summary

At our home there is no "routine" to follow however our care is consistent and to the highest standard. Each day 3 healthy meals are provided as well as snacks in between. All medications are routinely administered as well as any other medical evaluations. Safe and healthy client activity, entertainment, behavior, and lifestyle is supported at Oasis of Joy.
